Below you’ll find all the details about how and when we deliver your orders. Please read this information carefully before placing your order.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (BST), Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm (BST) or during weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
We do not process or dispatch orders on UK bank holidays.
Standard Delivery (Tracked Service)
Standard delivery is sent using a tracked delivery service. Depending on your location and operational requirements, this may include Royal Mail 48, Evri, or Yodel.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch (UK mainland)
- Northern Ireland delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Free standard delivery on orders over £19
- £2.99 delivery fee on orders under £19
The courier used for your order will be selected automatically at dispatch.
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Tracked)
Next day delivery is sent using Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
- Estimated delivery: Next working day after dispatch
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm (BST)
- Free next day delivery on orders over £40 (select at checkout)
- £4.99 delivery fee on orders under £40
Next day delivery does not apply to weekends or bank holidays.

We currently deliver to the following locations:
- United Kingdom (UK mainland)
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these areas.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Inaccessible delivery locations
Returned parcels due to address issues will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Failed deliveries caused by address errors may incur a £5 handling fee. Full details are outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Eligible returns are free and include a prepaid return label provided by us.
