How to Use

Step 1: Shake the eyeliner before use. Step 2: Starting from the inner corner, draw a line along the lash line towards the outer corner. Step 3: Build up the thickness as desired. Step 4: Allow the eyeliner to dry before opening your eyes fully.

Feel Dazzling stock so many incredible skincare products that can’t be bought in the UK. I discovered Elmiplant skincare, whilst on holiday in Romania 3 years ago.
