We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for all orders except for non-returnable products. Please note that we will only accept returned items with their original box – the seal should be unbroken, and there should be no signs of use. (This will not affect your statutory rights).

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 days. Please note that if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Do not dispose of the item without our written confirmation. To help us resolve the issue more quickly, kindly provide video or photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing Time

Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you do not see your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
