How to Use

Step 1: Twist the bottom of the eyeliner to reveal a small tip. Step 2: Glide the eyeliner along your lash line, starting from the inner corner to the outer corner. Feel Dazzling stock so many incredible skincare products that can’t be bought in the UK. I discovered Elmiplant skincare, whilst on holiday in Romania 3 years ago.
