What is our return policy?
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 Days of receipt for a full refund, including shipping costs. We accept returns for all orders except for non-returnable products. Please note that we will only accept returned items with their original box – the seal should be unbroken, and there should be no signs of use. (This will not affect your statutory rights).
Non returnable products:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Outlet items
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at email@example.com stating your order number and reason for return, and we will send you a return label free of charge.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to refund you within five working days of receiving the return. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your funds will be reimbursed into the payment method used to purchase the goods.
I have received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
If we deliver a wrong, defective or damaged item, only dispose of it with our written confirmation. Please help us resolve your issue quicker by providing video or photographic evidence.
